Villa Promenade

Nice, Promenade des Anglais · Residential · 2024

Full renovation of a Belle Epoque villa facing the sea. Every room was redesigned in a contemporary spirit while preserving the character of the original building: restored mouldings, walnut and oak herringbone parquet, black steel-framed glazing, bathrooms clad in blue-onyx porcelain stoneware, veined marble kitchens with cylindrical extractor hoods. The facade and entrance hall were fully restored with marble, ironwork and an Art Deco glazed door.
